COLOURLOCK Filler white is a professional, highly flexible and matte repair filler with excellent adhesion. It is specially designed for repairing damage such as deeper scratches, cracks, fissures, or small holes in surfaces made of smooth leather, faux leather, and plastics. Thanks to its plasticity, the repaired area remains stable even under regular stress.
High filling capacity: Effectively fills unevenness and damage while maintaining its structure.
Tinting capability: The filler is white, but for better coverage you can mix it with a small amount of leather dye (moderate dosing is recommended to maintain stability).
Flexibility and durability: After drying, the filler remains elastic, does not crack, and perfectly follows the movement of the material.
Easy workability: The surface is sandable after curing (dry or wet) and ready for final coloring.
Smooth natural leather: Car seats, steering wheels, leather furniture, handbags.
Faux leather: Synthetic leather, leatherette, and vinyl.
Plastic materials: Interior plastics in cars.
Preparation: Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface before application (e.g., with a leather degreaser).
Application: Apply the filler using a spatula or suitable tool. For deep damage, apply the filler in several thinner layers.
Correction: Excess filler can be smoothed or removed using GLD solvent.
Drying: Deep drying takes 1 to 2 hours. During drying, the filler shrinks slightly, which is a natural process of moisture evaporation.
Final treatment: After complete drying, sand the surface and then apply leather dye (Leather Fresh) to achieve an identical shade.
