COLOURLOCK Leather & Fur Wash Concentrate is a highly effective concentrated detergent developed specifically for gentle cleaning of natural materials. Whether you need to clean leather clothing, fur accessories, or a combination of leather and textile, this concentrate ensures that the material remains clean, supple, and retains its original shape without shrinking after washing.
The 250 ml package is sufficient for one to two washes (depending on the size and level of soiling of the item being washed).
Gentleness: Prevents leather from shrinking and preserves its natural softness.
Versatility: Suitable for hand washing and washing in an automatic washing machine.
Effectiveness: Removes dirt even at low temperatures (up to 35 °C).
Protection: Contains components that act as a conditioner for leather fibers after washing.
This product is an ideal solution for:
Fashion: Leather jackets, coats, vests, fur collars, and gloves.
Auto-moto: Leather motorcycle suits, gloves, and textile-leather accessories.
Furniture: Smaller leather upholstery or decorative furs.
Other vehicles: Protective clothing for riders.
Dosage: Depending on the volume of laundry, use 1/3 to 1/2 of the bottle for approx. 10–15 liters of lukewarm water (max. 35 °C). For large items (a full motorcycle suit or a large coat) use the entire package.
Procedure: Soak the laundry for approximately 30 minutes. For stubborn stains, you can use a soft brush.
Wringing: After washing, let the water drain freely and briefly rinse once with clean water. Residues of the concentrate in the material are desirable – they provide the fibers with the necessary suppleness.
Dosage: Similar to hand washing, pour 1/3 to 1/2 of the bottle directly into the detergent compartment (for large pieces, use the entire package).
Program: Select a program for delicate laundry or wool with a maximum temperature of 35 °C. The concentrate is also safe for leather and textile blends.
Conclusion: If the program allows, use only very short and gentle spinning. After finishing, remove the leather and shake it thoroughly to smooth out the folds.
Hang the laundry and dry it at room temperature. Place heavy pieces (coats, suits) on dry towels.
WARNING: Never dry in a dryer, in direct sunlight, or near radiators! The process can take several days.
Softening: If the leather is still slightly damp, occasionally gently "massage" and stretch it with your hands.
Final treatment: After completely drying, the fibers may be slightly stiff. Thoroughly stretch the items by hand (lengthwise and widthwise), or you can place them in a dryer set to cold air (without heating!) for 15–30 minutes to loosen the fibers again.
Before use, shake the bottle thoroughly.
Always perform a compatibility test on a small, inconspicuous area first to verify that there are no unwanted changes in color or texture.
Store in a place protected from frost and extreme heat.
Keep out of reach of children.
