COLOURLOCK Leather & Fur Wash Concentrate is a highly effective special detergent designed for gentle cleaning of leather and fur. Whether you need to clean leather motorcycle gear, wool coats, or fur accessories, this concentrate ensures the material remains clean, supple, and without risk of shrinking after washing.

This 1-liter variant is ideal for professional workshops, motorcyclists with multiple sets of gear, or households that require regular maintenance of leather materials.

Application Instructions and Recommendations:

1. Hand Washing

• Dosage: Depending on the size of the laundry, use approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of the bottle (for a 250ml package, for a 1L package accordingly about 100-150ml) for 10 – 15 liters of lukewarm water (max. 35 °C).

• Procedure: Soak the garment for about 30 minutes. For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush. After washing, rinse once with clean water. Residues of the detergent in the leather are desirable, as they ensure its subsequent softness.

2. Machine Washing

• Program: Set the gentle cycle or wool program at a temperature of max. 35 °C.

• Dosage: For a complete motorcycle suit or a large coat, use the full dose (approx. 200-250ml).

• Procedure: After the cycle ends, briefly spin the garment (if the program allows), remove it from the drum, and thoroughly shake out all folds.

3. Proper Drying (Key Step)

• Environment: Dry freely hanging at room temperature. Place heavy items on dry towels.

• What to avoid: Never dry in a dryer, on a radiator, or in direct sunlight! Drying can take several days.

• Trick for softness: When the leather is almost dry (slightly damp), occasionally massage it gently and stretch it with your hands in all directions. After completely drying, stretch the garment lengthwise and crosswise to loosen the fibers.

• Volume: 1000 ml (1L)

• Efficiency: 1 liter is sufficient for approx. 4 to 8 washes (depending on the size of the garment).

• Warning: Shake the bottle well before use. Always test on an inconspicuous area first to check for unwanted color or surface changes. Protect from frost and high temperatures.
