Complete Solution: Everything you need to renovate a steering wheel in one package.
Easy Application: Designed for home users with professional-grade results.
Long-Term Protection: The product system ensures not only a new color but also resistance to sweat and wear.
Leather steering wheels (black leather), or leather gear knobs.
Important: First test all products on a less visible area. We recommend wearing protective gloves throughout the entire process.
Cleaning: Fill the cleaner into the foam bottle. Apply the foam to a sponge (never directly onto the steering wheel) and clean the entire surface. Wipe off any remaining foam and dirt with a damp cloth and let it dry.
Sanding: Gently smooth rough areas with the sanding pad.
Degreasing: Apply a few drops of degreaser to a cloth and evenly wipe the steering wheel. Allow it to ventilate well. Tip: If adhesive tape sticks firmly to the steering wheel, the surface is optimally degreased.
Coloring: Shake the Leather Fresh paint well. Apply with a sponge using gentle dabbing (not spreading). Dry each layer with a hairdryer. Apply several thin layers for an even result. After coloring, let it dry for 24 hours.
For older steering wheels: Apply a small amount of Elephant wax to a cloth and spread it without pressure. Let it work overnight and polish the next day.
Sealant (Protection): After 24 hours, apply a few drops of Leather Shield to a sponge and apply in one thin layer without strong rubbing. Then dry with a hairdryer.
Maintenance Interval: For heavily used steering wheels, we recommend treatment (step 5) every 3 months; for normally used ones, every 6–12 months.
Test compatibility on a hidden area before use.
Protect from frost and excessive heat.
