DEKASYL MS-2 

It is an elastic adhesive and sealant that combines the properties of an adhesive and a sealing compound. Made on an MS polymer base, it is ideal for the construction of caravans and mobile homes. Its main advantages include excellent UV resistance, temperature resistance from -40 °C to +120 °C, and good adhesion to various materials without the need for pre-treatment. DEKASYL MS-2 is fast-curing, durable, and can be applied at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C.


DEKASYL MS-2:
- Creating elastic joints and seals in the construction of caravans and mobile homes.
- Joining roofs of buses, caravans, and mobile homes.
- Joints between aluminum and polyester edges of trailers.
- Joining polyester parts with metal frames.
- Sealing welded joints.
Main advantages:
- Contains no solvents, isocyanates, or PVC, contributing to user safety.
- Excellent resistance to UV radiation and aging.
- Generally good adhesion to most substrates without the need for pre-treatment.
- Temperature resistant in the range of -40 °C to +120 °C, with a maximum temperature of 180 °C for a short time.
- Neutral, odorless, and fast-curing.
Application:
DEKASYL MS-2 is easily applied using a manual or compressed air gun within a temperature range from +5 °C to +35 °C. When sealing, it is important to smooth the material within 10 minutes and join the substrates within 15 minutes after application.
Maintenance and storage:
It is recommended to store the product in a closed container in a dry place at room temperature (10 °C to 30 °C) for up to 12 months. For cleaning tools or removing uncured DEKASYL MS-2, it is recommended to use the DEKACLEAN ULTRA cleaning agent.
Colors and packaging:
DEKASYL MS-2 is available in white, gray, and black colors, in packaging volumes of 290 ml and 600 ml.
