Anti-corrosion Automotive Body Sealant DINITROL 401

It is a brushable sealant for sealing body joints, covering overlaps in the floor area, engine compartment, luggage compartment, and on wheel arches.
It can also be used for soundproofing new body parts (doors, hoods, parts of large sheet metal panels on utility vehicles).

DINITROL 401 is electrically conductive

Through this special sealant, you can weld (spot weld), so the replaced body part will be installed with the quality of the vehicle's factory production.

Application with a nylon brush

DINITROL 401 is applied with a semi-stiff brush to areas designated for sealing. The substrate must be clean and degreased.
DINITROL 401 adheres directly to metal, painted surfaces, and repaired surfaces of various combinations.
Using a stiff brush, the original appearance of the seam can be achieved.
When drying at room temperature, it can be overpainted after approx. 1 hour.
When applying 2-component paints, the sealant must be completely dry. Hot air can shorten the drying time.
