DINITROL 4010 Heat Resistant

Anti-corrosion preparation with high temperature resistance designed to protect both painted and unpainted surfaces from degradation in highly corrosive environments. Thanks to its high heat resistance, it is also suitable for protecting the engine and engine compartment. On surfaces, it forms a solid, transparent, fast-drying film resistant to salt, acids, and alkalis. The resulting surface is non-sticky even in direct sunlight.

DINITROL 4010 for Engine and Transmission

Heat resistance of the wax up to 200°C makes it ideal for protecting all engine parts, transmissions, and differentials from corrosion and oxidation. Suitable for protecting the entire engine compartment, hood, and heating parts. Adheres excellently even to plastic and rubber surfaces and protects them from aging. Excellent protection for injectors, glow plugs, and other connected parts to the engine block and head, which tend to seize unpleasantly due to corrosion.

DINITROL 4010 for Undercarriage and Cavities

Excellent solution for protecting undercarriage parts of vehicles (shock absorbers, springs, brake lines, and cables), where after drying it forms a thin transparent wax protective layer (10-15μm) with high resistance to saltwater. Also suitable for protecting open cavities, where it creates an abrasion-resistant layer. Ideal for military vehicles with exposed electrical wiring.

DINITROL 4010 for Electronics

Excellent insulating properties allow its use on electrical installations, where it serves as prevention against galvanic corrosion and prevents short circuits. Ideal for protecting undercarriage electronics (tilt sensors, ABS, etc.). Can also be used to protect circuit boards from moisture ingress.

DINITROL 4010 in Industry

Suitable as long-term storage and transport anti-corrosion for parts containing descriptions, because its layer is transparent and non-sticky. Excellent solution also for protecting galvanized surfaces from oxidation. Sacrificial layer principle: the protective wax degrades first, and only then the galvanic coating.
