DINITROL 482 Underbody Protection

is a black (UBS) preparation for protecting the underside of a car based on bitumen (asphalt) and wax. It is particularly suitable for treating the underbodies of used vehicles. Apply the material using so-called differentiated spraying, where you apply a significantly thicker layer to the leading edges and exposed areas of the underbody, while areas protected by covering plastics and trailing edges can be treated with a thinner layer. Usage Instructions

DINITROL 482 is applied by spray. Before using DINITROL 482, the surfaces to be treated should be thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt, oil, and old, loose coatings that are already peeling off the underbody. The texture and thickness of the surface can be influenced by changing the spraying distance. If a smooth surface is desired, the material can be diluted with low-aromatic solvent (white spirit). Apply the material using so-called differentiated spraying, where you apply a significantly thicker layer to the leading edges and exposed areas of the underbody, while areas protected by covering plastics and trailing edges can be treated with a thinner layer.
