DINITROL 4941/CAR Underbody Wax Spray
is a significantly thixotropic anti-corrosion agent ensuring long-term resistance to rust and abrasion even under severe conditions. After the solvent evaporates, it forms a solid, elastic, black, waxy protective film, providing a high degree of protection. It is also resistant to higher temperatures and maintains its adhesion to metal during all common paint repairs in a drying booth at approximately 60°C. Designed for original equipment manufacturing as well as operational treatment of vehicles. Suitable for treating both new and used vehicles. If reapplication is necessary, it does not require removal of the original layer.
Economical Application
To reduce the cost of underbody treatment, apply the spray using so-called differential spraying, where a significantly thicker layer is applied to the leading edges and exposed areas of the underbody, while areas protected by cover plastics and trailing edges can be treated with a thinner layer.
Advantages:
- Flexible even at extremely low temperatures (does not crack)
- Resistance to stone chipping from wheels
- Long-lasting and easily renewable
- Black color (due to high content of synthetic carbon black)
