DINITROL PVC PA 283 O2

is a special heat-curing sealing and adhesive compound based on solvent-free PVC Epoxy (PVC Plastisol). It cures with heat when heated to a temperature (160°C-200°C/20min). Its uniqueness lies in its wide application in combination with powder coatings in a single step. It gives designers broad possibilities for solving the technological process, speeding it up, and simplifying it.

Application: 

• bonding - medium-stressed joints (stiffeners, structural elements, side panels of containers, parts of vehicle bodies)

• sealing - joints of products welded with seam welds, filling gaps that are difficult for powder coating (overlapping joints, tight gaps, intermittent welds,...)

• filling - leveling minor surface irregularities

• compatible with powder coating - suitable for use in a single step, where it cures together with the powder paint in the oven at (160°C-200°C/20min).

• does not change the color shade, even with white paints

• bonding and sealing of ventilation ducts

• a significant advantage of this material is that it can be applied to non-degreased surfaces.
