Nano Paint Sealant

The 1K-Nano product firmly bonds to the paint and, based on innovative reactive substances, creates an extremely smooth layer that seals the paint with high gloss; resistant to chemicals; UV radiation and abrasion. Special additives lend the paint an extremely deep gloss. Thanks to the "OneStep" process (in one step), the working time is significantly reduced compared to a two-component system. The paint will be perfectly and long-term protected against adverse weather influences. Thanks to the unique easy-to-clean effect, the removal of insects; bird droppings and similar dirt will be much easier. The durability of this paint sealant is approximately 1 year; with regular manual treatment using the NanoMagicShampoo shampoo (hand wash).

Usage:

A. Thoroughly wash the vehicle with a product that does not contain wax - for example, with active foam Vorreiniger B without NTA - dilution: foam lance 1:1; sprayer 1:20 or Gentle Snow Foam - dilution 50 ml of product per 10 l of water; or via foam lance 1:1

B. Remove surface rust and industrial dirt using chemical pre-wash Reactive Rust Remover 500 ml or 11 l - the product is not diluted. For a better result, work the product into the bodywork with a sponge. Then rinse the vehicle and dry it thoroughly. Application of 1K Nano - perform in a garage or covered area and use rubber gloves during application:

A. Apply 1K Nano to a vehicle that has a smooth surface; i.e., it has no scratches or holograms. In this case, it is a completely new vehicle. For an older vehicle, achieve a smooth surface by using the abrasive compound Heavy Cut H9.01 and subsequent use of the anti-hologram polishing compound Micro Cut M3.02 see second point polishing vehicles B and D. B. The next step is thorough degreasing of the vehicle bodywork. Spray the degreaser onto the bodywork and wipe dry with a blue microfiber cloth.

C. Application: First, pour 1K Nano into the applicator (small plastic bottle); which is included in the package (1x full applicator = car the size of a Škoda Superb combi). Then apply the product to the black foam pad and apply it to the bodywork with small circular motions. Always apply 1K Nano gradually, section by section of the bodywork. Let the product dry on the bodywork for approximately 7 - 10 minutes; then thoroughly polish it off with a blue microfiber cloth. After three hours, polish the vehicle with a new (clean) blue microfiber cloth and let it cure for another three hours. Then the vehicle is sealed.
