Applying a ceramic coating (e.g., Koch-Chemie Ceramic Allround C0.02) requires absolute precision and tools that do not waste the expensive product. Koch-Chemie Application Towel is a specially developed microfiber towel that serves as the ideal "interface" between the application block and your vehicle's paint.
Standard microfibers are too absorbent, which during ceramic application leads to excessive product consumption and uneven application. Application Towel is designed to hold the ceramic on the surface of its fibers and allow its smooth transfer onto the paint.
Ultra-fine structure: The towel's surface is extremely smooth, minimizing friction and preventing fine scratches during protection application.
Size 10 x 10 cm: The ideal size for wrapping an application block. This dimension ensures the towel holds firmly on the block and does not create unnecessary folds.
Minimal core absorption: The fibers are designed to distribute the ceramic coating evenly across the surface, saving your chemical costs.
Lint-free technology: The towel leaves no fibers or dust behind, which is critically important when applying permanent protectants (any fiber under the ceramic would remain visible and sealed in the paint).
To achieve the best results, we recommend this procedure:
Take an application block and wrap it with one Application Towel.
Apply a few drops of ceramic coating in a line onto the towel.
Apply the product to the prepared (degreased) paint using cross-hatch motions.
Important: After each panel or if the towel begins to harden (due to the initial crystallization of the ceramic), replace the towel with a new one.
Size: 10 x 10 cm
Material: Specially dense, lint-free microfiber
Color: Light gray (allows visual inspection of cleanliness and product saturation)
Purpose: Application of ceramic protectants, liquid waxes, and sealants
Application towels are single-use consumable material. After contact with a ceramic coating and its subsequent curing, the fibers become sharp and hard. Never attempt to wash these towels and reuse them on paint! Dispose of them safely after use.
