Ceramic Allround C0.02 is a ceramic coating; designed for long-term protection of many surfaces. A very thin protective layer permanently bonds to the surface through a chemical reaction. This chemical reaction is triggered by air humidity. Full curing occurs after approximately nine days. Ceramic Allround C0.02 creates a strongly hydrophobic surface; which repels liquids very effectively. The treated surface can be easily cleaned by hand; its maintenance is very simple. The achieved shine remains preserved even after using acidic or alkaline cleaning agents. The cured ceramic protection thus shields the paint from environmental influences; such as UV radiation; road salt; bird droppings or industrial fallout (also atmospheric corrosion); and reduces mechanical damage. It significantly contributes to maintaining or increasing the vehicle's value. Area of application : Painted surfaces on passenger cars; commercial vehicles; motorcycles; recreational vehicles; caravans; boats etc. Instructions for use : Before polishing and final protection; thoroughly clean or wash the vehicle with an alkaline preparation (e.g.; Green Star Universal cleaner diluted at a ratio of 1:10; do not use wax shampoos). In case of heavy soiling (e.g.; tar; industrial fallout; asphalt etc.) pre-clean the surface using red; or blue clay bars or use asphalt removers such as Teerwäsche A and similar. Paint preparation depending on its condition (from heavily to moderately weathered) is performed mechanically using coarse cutting compound Heavy Cut H9.01 or fine cutting compound Fine Cut F6.01. Exact instructions can be found in the product information for Heavy Cut H9.01 and Fine Cut F6.01. Processing slightly weathered paint and removing holograms after polishing with Heavy Cut H9.01 or Fine Cut F6.01 is performed mechanically with high-gloss polish Micro Cut M3.02 using a forced rotation dual-action polisher (e.g.; Makita PO5000C). Please read the usage information for Micro Cut M3.02 for this. Completely remove compound residues with a professional microfiber towel. Wipe all surfaces with light pressure using a clean professional microfiber towel soaked with silicone and wax remover or degreaser and wax remover Panel Preparation Spray and immediately before it dries; wipe with another new professional microfiber towel. Only this way will surfactants; drying agents; oils contained in compounds etc. be completely removed and adhesion issues with Ceramic Allround C0.02 prevented. Caution: on sensitive paints or single-stage paints; dilute the silicone and wax remover - Silicon- & Wachsentferner at a ratio of 1:4 with water; preferably distilled; to prevent possible hazing. Final streaks are easily polished out with another clean professional microfiber towel. The paint surface should now be free of scratches and holograms when inspected under sunlight or a paint inspection lamp. After this step; the paint must not be touched with hands or fingers (risk of adhesion issues; use gloves). The surface is now perfectly prepared for Ceramic Allround C0.02. Wrap the Application towel around the applicator. Drip Ceramic Allround C0.02 evenly over the entire area of the Application towel and quickly spread it onto the paint. A closed liquid film must be visible. After cross-application - two longitudinal and two transverse layers; let the product flash off for approx. 5 minutes and then immediately polish it with the included microfiber Coating towel. Subsequently; remove excess product with another clean towel and then polish the treated area with circular motions from the outside inward using the clean side of the towel. Finally; ensure under a paint inspection lamp that no streaks remain anywhere. Consumption per passenger car approx. 15-20 ml. Important usage information: Before use; read the hazard warning on the packaging or outer box and take appropriate protective measures. Ceramic Allround C0.02 reacts with air humidity. This may cause crystals to form on the bottle rim after opening. If these crystals get onto the application cloth; the treated surface may become scratched. Therefore; always wipe off the crystals with a cloth before dripping the product onto the Application towel. If Ceramic Allround C0.02 becomes more viscous (thick and sticky) during application; too little product was used and it is necessary to reapply the product. In case of a double coat; a drying time of about 45 minutes must be observed between the first and second coat. After 18-24 hours; the coating is already resistant to weather influences. The first vehicle wash; however; should be performed no earlier than after nine days; because the sealing layer is only fully cured after this time. Contaminants such as bird droppings and insect residues must nevertheless be gently removed as quickly as possible even during the first nine days. Do not use cleaning agents with pH values lower than 5 or higher than 12. Vehicle washing: To preserve the high-gloss ceramic surface as long as possible; we recommend hand washing. For alkaline cleaning; use Green Star Universal (dilution 1:10). For neutral washing; use gentle foam Gentle Snow Foam. Aftercare: Professional aftercare maintains the ceramic coating and minimizes water spotting. Therefore; after washing the vehicle; we recommend using ProtectorWax (dilution 1 : 100) as a wet sealant or Spray Sealant S0.02 as a liquid wax for painted surfaces. Exact processing instructions can be found in the product information.
