This special disc with a diameter of 150 mm is designed for work with an eccentric (DA) polisher, replacing traditional hand clay. Thanks to an advanced layer of polymerized rubber, it can mechanically remove deposits that are firmly attached to the surface, with unprecedented speed.

This pad is the ideal choice for operations that process a large number of vehicles and need to shorten the time spent on mechanical decontamination without compromising the quality of the result.

1. Always with lubrication: Machine decontamination requires a constant supply of lubricant. We recommend Koch-Chemie Clay Spray, which provides the necessary slip and protects the paint from excessive friction.

2. Speed and pressure: Work on the lowest speed settings of the polisher (level 1 - 1,000 – 2,000 RPM, adjust with light pressure). Do not press on the polisher – the machine's own weight is sufficient for effective decontamination.

3. Paint temperature: Never work on a hot surface or in direct sunlight. This could damage the polymerized layer of the disc.

4. Subsequent polishing: Similar to other mechanical cleaning methods, the machine pad can leave fine micro-marks (haze). This product is therefore intended primarily as a preparatory step before subsequent machine polishing.

Maintenance Instructions:

After each use, rinse the disc with clean water to remove released contaminants. Store it in a dry and clean place, ideally in the original packaging, so that dust does not stick to the polymerized side.
