Koch-Chemie Clay Spray (Cls) is a specially developed lubricant that is the key to safe and effective paint decontamination. When using cleaning clay, the biggest risk is the formation of fine scratches due to insufficient glide. Clay Spray eliminates this risk by creating a continuous, highly slippery film over which the clay glides with minimal resistance.

This product is designed to work with all types of cleaning clays, blocks, and pads, while ensuring it does not chemically disrupt their structure.

Why use a lubricant instead of water with detergent?

Many users make the mistake of using water with car shampoo or detergent as a lubricant. However, these products may contain ingredients that break down the cleaning clay, causing it to crumble and lose its stickiness.

• Clean composition: Contains no silicones, waxes, or gloss-enhancing substances that could mask the true condition of the paint.

• Easy wiping: After finishing the work, any remaining lubricant can be easily wiped off with a microfiber cloth without leaving streaks or greasiness.

Thanks to its unique composition, Clay Spray not only protects the paint but also allows the clay to capture contaminants more effectively. Particles of industrial fallout, tar, and tree sap are released more easily, thereby reducing the time spent on mechanical cleaning of the vehicle.

Instructions for use:

1. Preparation: Thoroughly wash and dry the vehicle's surface before decontamination (ideally, also perform a chemical decontamination).

2. Application: Spray Clay Spray generously directly onto the area to be cleaned (work in smaller sections, e.g., 40x40 cm).

3. Cleaning: Move the cleaning clay or Clay Scrubber or clay pad over the lubricated surface without excessive pressure. If you feel resistance, add more lubricant.

4. Check: Continuously ensure the surface under the clay remains wet.

5. Finishing: After cleaning the section, wipe off any remaining lubricant with a clean, soft microfiber cloth.

Warning: Do not use Clay Spray in direct sunlight or on hot paint to prevent it from drying prematurely.
