Usage Instructions:

1. Surface preparation: Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface before polishing (e.g., with Koch Chemie Silicone & Wax Remover). Ensure the surface is dry and cool to the touch.
2. Application:
   • Rotary polisher: Apply a small amount of compound (pea-sized) to a hard to medium-hard foam polishing pad or wool pad.
   • Dual-action polisher: Apply a small amount of compound to a hard foam polishing pad.
3. Polishing:
   • Start working at low speeds (e.g., 800-1500 rpm for rotary, level 3-5 for dual-action) on a smaller area (approx. 40x40 cm).
   • Apply light to medium pressure and spread the compound evenly over the area.
   • Gradually increase the speed (e.g., 1500-2000 rpm for rotary, level 5-7 for dual-action) and continue polishing until the defects are removed and the desired gloss is achieved.
   • Reduce pressure and speed in the final passes to refine the surface and minimize holograms.
4. Wiping off residue: Wipe off compound residue with a clean, dry, and soft microfiber cloth.
5. Subsequent steps: For a perfect result and removal of any potential holograms, we recommend subsequently using a finer polishing compound.
