Koch Chemie Headlight Polish 2 (Hlp2) is an innovative finishing paste designed for the second step of polycarbonate headlight restoration. While the first step (Hlp1) removes heavy damage, Hlp2 delivers a crystal-clear gloss and long-term protection in just one single step.

Thanks to its content of high-quality reactive components (sealant), it creates a durable protective layer on the headlight surface that prevents re-yellowing and degradation of the plastic due to UV radiation and weather conditions.

Usage instructions:

1. First, wet-sand the headlight surface (we recommend a gradual progression up to P3000 grit).

2. Apply a small amount of Hlp2 to a polishing pad (ideally a Thermo Pad or a soft finishing pad).

3. Polish at medium speed and with light pressure until you achieve the desired high gloss.

4. Wipe off excess paste with a clean microfiber cloth.

5. For maximum results, we recommend using the coarse paste Headlight Polish 1 as the first step.
