MUST HAVE ITEMS FOR PAINT DECONTAMINATION.
There are places you can wash a few times a year. The same applies to the interior.
However, paint decontamination cannot be cheated or avoided.
As soon as you slack off on it, the wax won't last as long as it should. As soon as you give up on it, the car will rust a few years earlier.
We've put everything you need for complete paint decontamination into this kit:
KochChemie Reactive Rust Remover - removes surface rust safely and quickly
Koch Chemie Teerwäsche A - Cleans asphalt spots and adhesive residues
Clay Bar with Clay Spray - deeply cleans paint pores.
THE PAINT WILL BE LIKE A BABY'S BOTTOM, READY FOR WAX, SEALANT OR CERAMIC COATING
- Once you start working, the paint will be like a baby's bottom.
- It will shine through! Especially in cases where the previous owner didn't take good care of the paint.
- Paint decontamination is a necessity before every car waxing or applying ceramic paint protection. 10 out of 10 detailers will confirm this.
HOW TO USE IT?
Always work on cool paint and in the shade. Shake each bottle thoroughly before use.
- Always start with RRR. If the paint is more or less clean, do not spray Iron (RRR) on individual parts of the car. The most surface rust is usually on the sides and trunk.
- Wash and rinse the car with water. Next in line is Teerwäsche A, which only needs to be applied locally. The most asphalt is usually on the fender right behind the front wheels. Let it sit for a while and then wipe with a damp microfiber cloth.
- Wash and rinse the area where we applied Teerwäsche A again.
- Finally, claying. We are now working on a washed and dry car. Apply enough Clay Spray to the paint and make straight passes with the clay. Once it gets dirty, fold it to a clean side.
- After claying, we recommend washing the car one more time.
- Done, the paint is ready for waxing.
