Koch Chemie Vorreiniger B (Vb) - Pre-Wash Cleaner 1L

Highly concentrated alkaline preparation that creates intense foam for washing passenger and commercial vehicles. Special anti-corrosion inhibitors ensure high material compatibility with sensitive components, such as anodized aluminum (does not damage aluminum trim). Contained surfactants and chelating agents dissolve not only road dirt but also insects, bird droppings, and other static contaminants within seconds.

Area of application: VORREINIGER B is suitable for touchless washing of passenger and commercial vehicles, also for high-traffic wash lines for passenger and commercial vehicles, further for washing engine undercarriages, dirt on steel rims and painted aluminum rims that are alkali-resistant, and for removing copolymer waxes.

Recommendations for using VORREINIGER B with a foam lance (foam cannon): Cool the vehicle and rinse with pressure water using a high-pressure cleaner. Pour the product in concentrate or diluted in a ratio of 1:1 -1:2 into the foam lance bottle. Foam the vehicle using the foam lance and let the product work for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not let the product dry on the vehicle. Subsequently rinse the vehicle with pressure water. In case of heavier soiling, wash the vehicle using an Octopus sponge or Vikan brush. Then rinse with pressure water. Remove remaining water with a chamois, Green Microfiber Cloth, or Vikan 999299 35 cm Glass and Paint Wiper. You can further treat your vehicle with the nano-protection wax Protector Wax (dilution 1:30). Your vehicle after treatment with Protector Wax will obtain an unprecedented shine, dirt will not adhere to the bodywork as much, and the next wash will be easier and faster.

Recommendations for using VORREINIGER B with a Pressure Spray Gun or Pressure Sprayer, e.g., Ik MULTI PRO 2: Cool the vehicle and rinse with pressure water using a high-pressure cleaner. Dilute the product 1:10 - 1:20 and pour into the prepared spray container. Spray the diluted product onto the vehicle from the bottom up. Let it work for 1 to 2 minutes. Recommended dilution - according to soiling:
Pre-wash: 1:30 to 1:50.
Wheel cleaning: 1:3 to 1:10.
Self-service high-pressure washers: 1:300. Apply to the entire surface, let it work briefly, and rinse thoroughly using a high-pressure cleaner.

Class A in accordance with VDA. Maximum dwell time 5 min, maximum concentration in use 1:300. Class B: Maximum dwell time 1 min, maximum concentration in use 1:30.

Warning: Do not use when the vehicle is standing in direct sunlight, or when the painted surface is hot. Do not let it dry.
