KochChemie Polishing Compound H7.01 - Coarse Abrasive Polishing Paste 1L

Schleifpaste H7.01 is an innovative, coarse, abrasive polishing paste designed for quick machine polishing of heavily weathered paints. It is used for removing deep scratches and quickly eliminating paint haze and sanding marks up to a sandpaper grit of 2,000.

Application range: Paints of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, etc.

Usage instructions:

1. Wash and dry the surface intended for polishing.
2. Shake the polishing compound well before use and test its suitability and compatibility.
3. Apply the Schleifpaste H7.01 product to a white hard polishing pad or a medium-hard yellow pad and polish the cleaned surface in cross-hatch motions at a maximum of 2,000 rpm.
4. You can influence the polishing effect by pressure, polishing pads, and rotation speed.
5. At the beginning of the polishing process, we recommend using higher pressure at lower speeds. In the next step, reduce the pressure and polish the surface using increased speed.
6. You can remove the last residues of the polishing compound using a professional microfiber cloth.
7. Remove any resulting film or traces of the polishing compound using polishing compound M3.02 or polishing compound P3.01, which contains carnauba wax.

Warning: Protect from frost and excessive heat. Do not use on hot surfaces.
