When is it time to replace them?

We recommend checking the condition of the brushes in the following cases:

1. Reduced performance: The motor does not reach maximum RPM or "struggles" on startup.

2. Sparkling: You see unusually strong blue or orange sparking through the machine's ventilation holes.

3. Irregular operation: The polisher spontaneously changes RPM or skips during work.

4. Fuse function: Modern Liquid Elements brushes are designed to interrupt contact upon critical wear, thereby protecting the machine from damage.

Replacement guide:

Replacement is very simple and you can do it yourself in just a few minutes:

1. On the sides of the polisher head, find the two service covers (flaps).

2. Unscrew or flip open these covers.

3. Carefully disconnect the worn brushes from their connection point.

4. Insert the new brushes and secure them back in place.
