STEELMATE BSA-1 Child Car Seat Monitoring System

The STEELMATE child car seat monitoring system has 2 functions, it acoustically and visually alerts you if you forget your child in the car after turning off the ignition and also alerts you if the child gets up from the seat during the journey, the device does not require professional installation. The system is intended only for vehicles without permanent power in the cigarette lighter socket.

Features:

• audible and visual alert if the child remains seated in the seat after turning off the ignition
• use for children from 5kg to 36kg (6 months to 12 years)
• consists of a display unit and a switch mat
• the switch mat contains a battery and communicates wirelessly with the display unit
• the display unit contains:

• - 2A USB output for charging other devices
• for 12V vehicles

Note: The device is intended for vehicles without permanent power in the cigarette lighter socket, i.e. for vehicles where the cigarette lighter socket remains without power after turning off the ignition. For use in vehicles with permanent power in the cigarette lighter socket, a connection change in the fuse box is required. The switch mat must be properly placed in the child car seat so that it is always activated when the child is seated.
