The 22 kW wall-mounted charger for electric vehicles is a three-phase AC device designed for professional, commercial, and intensive use in private and fleet installations. Thanks to its higher charging power, it offers a solution for users expecting maximum efficiency and shorter charging times.

The device operates on a three-phase 400 V system at 32 A (50/60 Hz), ensuring high energy efficiency and stable operation even in demanding conditions. The integrated LCD display allows continuous monitoring of operating parameters.

The charger is equipped with a comprehensive protection system that includes:

• current protection (AC/DC, sensitivity 0.2 mA),
• overload protection,
• overvoltage and undervoltage protection,

• ground leakage protection,
• grounding check.

The device complies with IEC62752 and IEC62955 standards. The used RN8302B measurement module ensures very high energy measurement accuracy (error < 0.1%, class 0.5S and 0.2S), enabling precise energy consumption billing, especially in commercial applications.

The integrated RCPD-14AS75 residual current device provides advanced AC/DC detection in line with safety requirements of modern EV installations.

The enclosure with IP66 protection rating and connector with IP55 rating guarantee high resistance to weather and environmental influences. The operating range includes temperatures from -30 °C to +50 °C, humidity 5 – 95%, and altitude up to 2000 m above sea level.
