UBS gun

For applying cavity and underbody materials in 1-liter packaging (cartridge). You attach the gun directly into the cartridge with the material, and it is ready for use.

Package includes:

• includes a nozzle for spraying underbody materials DINITROL (4941, 4942, 482), sprays for thresholds DINITROL (445, 447).


• an extension hose 50cm long, which allows you convenient application of all cavity waxes DINITROL (1000 and ML).

Short usage instructions

Before use, reduce the pressure to a minimum using the rotary regulator and then attach the cartridge with the material. Connect compressed air with a maximum input pressure of 8 bar and gradually increase the pressure with the rotary regulator. After use, reduce the pressure and disconnect from the compressed air. Use protective goggles and respiratory protection depending on the type of material being applied.

Application of underbody, sound-deadening, and protective sprays:
Use the straight nozzle that is part of the package. By gradually increasing the pressure, you achieve the desired surface texture. You can also influence the overall appearance and thickness of the applied layer by the distance from the substrate.

Application of cavity materials:
Use the extension hose, which you attach instead of the straight nozzle. By gradually increasing the pressure, you achieve ideal dispersion of the material in the cavity.

Maintenance:
Before each use, make sure the gun is complete and clean. For cleaning, use low-aromatic solvents (technical gasoline, gun cleaner).

The product meets the requirements of Directive 2006/42/EC on machinery and is in accordance with references to harmonized standards: (PN-EN 1953+A1: 2011) EN 1953: 1998+A1: 2009 Spraying and spraying equipment for applying coatings-safety requirements.
